Lilit Movsisyan

Lilit Movsisyan is a dynamic and emerging talent, graduated with honors from the Institute of Theater and Cinematography in 2009. Her short film "Me Too" won three prizes at the Syracuse International Film Festival. In 2018, she served as a jury member at the ReAnimania International Animation Film and Comics Art Festival of Yerevan. Her short film "The Trial" competed at GAIFF 2019. Lilit's first feature-length documentary, "Fight," a collaborative Armenian-French production, has earned recognition on various platforms, including DocsBarcelona Public Pitch 2020 and Baltic Sea Docs in 2019. She is a seasoned participant in industry events such as GAIFF Pro C2C Market, B2B Doc, EurasiaDoc workshops, EAVE on Demand, and Talents Sarajevo. Committed to sharing her experience, Lilit teaches filmmaking at the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies for teenagers. Her latest film project, "Shakespeare Goes Armenian," in co-direction with Inna Sahakyan (Aurora's Sunrise 2022) has already won The DAE Talent Development Award at WHEN EAST MEETS WEST co-production forum.
